一,仪器的用途;
本仪器是用于圆柱齿轮,圆锥齿轮及圆柱蜗杆副双面啮合的综合测量仪.可测量齿轮的径向综合误差,径向一齿综合误差,齿轮副的中心距偏差以及接触斑点,还可检测轴交角为90度的圆锥齿轮副的分度圆锥顶点偏移量等.

1.被测齿轮模数----------------------------------1-10毫米
2.被测带孔齿轮中心距------------------------50-320毫米
3.被测带轴齿轮--------------------外径小于等于200毫米,轴杆长度110-300毫米
4.被测蜗杆--------------------外径小于等于100毫米,蜗杆长度小于等于100毫米
5.测锥齿轮时;
(1)测量滑架转动套端面到横架锥孔中心的距离(铅垂安装距)50-165毫米
(2)测量滑架锥孔中心到横架左右顶尖轴线的距离(水平安装距)25-275毫米
6.测蜗轮副时;
(1)测量滑架转动套端面到横架左右顶尖轴线的距离;20-135毫米
